Updated new review (20th April, 2025). The trip was very nicely handled by everyone from the start till the end. This is my second international trip with PickYourTrail and this time we are very happy with their service and professionalism. Thanks to Divya and Dhara Desai especially. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The Booking experience was really good as the person (Dhara Desai) I worked with was very professional, truly helpful and efficient. Other than that, their backend booking team was totally unprofessional and Support was nothing short of a disaster. We missed our Catamaran cruise because of their fault and many more.

I recently returned from an amazing trip to Singapore arranged by PickYourTrail, and I must say, the entire experience was seamless and thoroughly enjoyable. Right from the initial planning stage to the final return, the team at PickYourTrail was extremely professional, responsive, and accommodating. The itinerary was well-planned, covering all major attractions like Singapore flyer, Gardens by the Bay, Sentosa, Universal Studios, and more, while still allowing us time to relax and explore on our own. The app-based itinerary made everything so convenient, with real-time updates and easy access to bookings, tickets, and suggestions. Accommodation and transfers were top-notch, punctual, and comfortable. Special mention to Sharon for giving all the suggestions Overall, it was a stress-free and memorable holiday, and I’d definitely recommend PickYourTrail for anyone looking to explore Singapore or any international destination. MUST SKIP!! DONT PICK THIS TRAIL OF AN AMATEUR TOUR CO.!! I had recently availed their Cherry Blossom Japan Group Tour. I had shortlisted them based on the google reviews and their ad on Instagram for a group tour. However this will be the first and last one with PYT. 1. Inexperienced team: Very amateurish and inexperienced team. Initial itinerary had basic mistakes of flight date, booking terms etc which is very unprofessional for a corporate. They operate in silos and total lack of coordination between them. For every step you had to follow-up and they don't have ready answers to our queries Even your travel agent at our street corner would do a better job. 2. False promises: Our main interest with group tour to Japan mainly was due to language and requiring guidance for vegetarian food. PYT throughout my conversations several times promised that they will stop at Indian restaurants where we can have our food. However throughout the tour, they had not made any such plan or arrangement. It was just hollow promise! And we had to search for ourselves. 3. Inexperienced guide: They had appointed a non Japanese university student intern as our guide!!. The person has no experience to manage a group/tour. She was visiting some of the places for the first time and did not even know where to buy tickets, peak crowd time etc. We were taken for a ride literally by PYT after taking huge premium in the tour cost. We noticed all popular tour operators from India including IRCTC had 2 guides( one local Japanese and one accompanying customers from India) After complaints raised by all the customers in tour they changed the guide to a local Japanese guide with good knowledge and professionalism. But by that time our 50% tour already over, 4. Poor itinerary planning and timing : Due to poor planning and lack of experience we had to miss the most important item of the tour i.e Mt Fuji viewing , but PYT trying to shamelessly shift blame on weather! Many places adequate time was not given and rushed. Our itinerary had Legoland (suitable for kids below 6/7) which was not of interest at all and half a day wasted. 5. Itinerary changes quietly by PYT just before departure without informing or taking our consent! Thoroughly unprofessional!! 6. They do not seem to have any experience in running direct group tours and it appeared they were totally dependent on a supplier in Japan combined with an amateurish team on ground here and the output is all this mess and we customers are their guinea pigs!!. TOTALLY AVOIDABLE AS PickYourTrail is a DISASTER!!

Very poor service,poor management, middleman and definitely charge more. We have planned bali trip from pickyourtrail, they literally ruined our experience. Hotels booked far from visiting place, most of our time wasted in traveling. Daily different driver they send and with different itinerary. We have to explain everything to them again and again. Will never use pickyourtrail again ever. Thanks for ruining our trip.

I cannot thank Bhavashree and the PickYourTrail team enough for organizing such a seamless and unforgettable trip to Singapore—and that too, on such short notice! From the get-go, Bhavashree was incredibly responsive and attentive to every detail. She listened to our preferences and quickly put together an itinerary that was fun, efficient, and perfectly paced. Every activity, hotel, and transfer was thoughtfully chosen, and we didn’t have to worry about a thing during the trip. The Pickyourtrail app was also super helpful, keeping everything organized and accessible on the go. Highlights of our trip included Gardens by the Bay, Universal Studios, and the Night Safari—each experience was timed so well that we had the best of everything without any rush. What really stood out was how smooth the entire process was, despite the limited time we had to plan. If you're looking for a stress-free, personalized travel experience, I highly recommend Bhavashree and PickYourTrail. They've truly raised the bar for travel planning!

We did girls(3 friends) trip to Malaysia in March. Thanks to PYT for the lovely arrangements. Positive: 1. Both the hotels were in the prime locations . Shopping malls, supermarkets... everything was nearby. 2. Support team was reachable and helpful. 3. All the pick up and drops were on time. Guides/Drivers were professional. The guide/driver at KL was really hepful ; he recommended us local resturants , suggested places that we shouldn't miss, ensured our safety. What could've been better? 1. The time given for the oriental village in lankawi and the genting highland in KL was not enough. Foreign travellers won't be able to estimate the time it might take to properly explore the place , so the planners should do proper time duration estimation. 2. There were miscommunication between the india and groud team which got resolved when we connected the support team. Thanks to the support team but such miscommunications were not expected. 3. Hotels were at prime locations but the accomodations could have been better.
