What's Good: Vehicle and Driver are good and polite.Some hotels are very comfortable. Food in some hotels is good.. overall good.
What's Not Good: Some of the hotels were not good

What's Good: Absolutely Nothing. operator with no experience.
What's Not Good: 1. The operator had absolutely no idea about the stays, distance and commute between the places in kashmir.
2. Extremely poor or no idea about the accommodation, Ex : we have booked an accommodation called Kanwal Cottage to visit Sinthan Top. This turned out as a Construction site when we visited. Operator Bisma claimed it as a 4 star property. We had to go through so many problems because of journey begins.
We had to come back to some average accommodation in srinagar and we missed sinthan top.
3. At Gulmarg , our stay booked for Rosewood. At 10 0 clock in the night , without our knowledge the stay again changed to some below average hotel. We stayed 1 nyt in rosewood and paid money for 2 nights.
4. Operator had given an unachievable itenary without analysing the proper distance between the places.
5. We paid money for all 4 star accommodation for 7 days, but we visited only 3 places and 2 places we stayed in 4 star , rest all average and below average hotels.
5. They had not given any refund for their mistakes and SCARED US BY TELLING THAT THEY WILL NOT ALLOW US TO CHECKOUT FROM HOTEL.
6. Kind request, pls blacklist them , it's a full tym fraud agency with no humanity .
Pls don't suggest them for anyone.
7. Extremely cheated by them.
8. Don't BOOK ANY PACKAGE FOR THEM.
9. WE kept quiet as they are local people and cause us Harm.

What's Good: Everything about this was so awesome thanks to our tour guide and journey tourism.
What's Not Good: Everything

What's Good: Co-ordination by Bishma ma'am is excellent. Everyday keep in touch with me through telephone.
What's Not Good: Little issue with driver's co-ordination as not listening fully. Have to depends on his wish, instead of your choice. Initially hotel was very good but last 2 days was little uncomfortable.

What's Good: Very good? comnecation with nisha good very supported... 24 hours available....
What's Not Good: All ok... Koi dislike nahi

We booked our Kashmir tour with journey begins travel agent, arrangements our stay was very good, vehicle with driver had great time.even the hotel they treated so well.As Nisa Madam said they take care of us as their family member, they booked gondola tickets,even arranged prepaid sim.
In future wanted to send my family and friends with same tour organisation.

Good experience with best guidelines tour and travel

It was an excellent trip comprising of everything a person can ask for. Excellent stays, heavenly food (we are vegetarians and were very concerned about food), mind blowing sceneries, a comfortable transport, all in a very affordable budget. The trip was very lovely and it was a great experience. Totally worth it.

The organizers were really helpful and prompt with our concerns and queries. We missed out on few essential bookings due to lack of our knowledge and when we shared this, they went out of their way to arrange for the bookings and within few hours, we had our confirmation with us. This incident displayed their commitment towards travelers.

An advice to fellow travelers: Ask them for hidden gems and local transport for short distances. You would save a lot of money with their help.
